WHO WE ARE
Empire is a leading e-Sports organization and competitive gaming community. We bridge the gap between casual community gaming and elite competition, supporting rosters across titles like Overwatch 2, Marvel Rivals, Call of Duty, Valorant, and more. As a member of the Empire, you gain access to more than just a Discord channel—you join a structured organization focused on comprehensive development for Competitive Esports Players, strategic promotion, and expert coaching. Whether you are a “sweat” looking for a contract or a supporter looking for a squad, we believe in creating a vibrant environment where effort is rewarded and community comes first.

PROFESSIONAL OPERATIONS SUPPORT
Unlike standard servers run by a single admin, Empire is supported by three specialized departments designed to assist our community in every aspect of their journey:

• Esports Management Operations: Dedicated to our Competitive Esports Players, this team handles the “business” side of gaming—managing scrim schedules, tournament logistics, and roster needs so you can focus entirely on winning.

• Marketing Operations: Focused on your exposure. This department assists the community by creating high-quality content, running our social media, and highlighting player achievements to the world.

• Community Operations: The heartbeat of the server. They assist members by hosting events, maintaining a safe and toxic-free environment, and ensuring every voice in the Empire is heard.

THE BATTLEPASS SYSTEM
We host monthly “BattlePass” Events, a unique system where community members earn XP through activity and participation to unlock exclusive rewards and Empire merchandise. This system is designed to reward loyalty and activity, giving every member a reason to grind.

LOOKING FOR RECRUITS
Our community is currently looking for both Competitive Esports Players and Casual Members. We have a strong presence in North America but welcome players from all regions. We are looking for individuals who want to be part of a “Dynasty”—players who are respectful, active, and ready to contribute to a positive competitive environment. We are not looking for toxicity, ego, or individuals who cannot work within a team structure.
