Unlike most clans we are not egotistical, full of ourselves, or crave to be the best clan in the community. Instead we aim on enjoying Halo 5 and Halo Infinite and growing together as a group. During your time with S.O.R we aim to create friendships, make amazing memories and having fun while being a relaxed Halo 5 and Halo Infinite Military clan. You will often hear “did you enjoy your time in S.O.R?” as the last question we ask those who plan on leaving. Your experience here matters to us. If you put in the effort you will see results here. We believe every member should have the right to speak up whenever they are uncomfortable or feel like they are not getting recognized. Just because you might be a low rank does not mean you’re less valuable than a member with a higher rank. All members are valuable here at S.O.R regardless of rank.
Here at S.O.R we tend to focus more on ourselves than the clans around us. We won’t typically declare war because we’re bored, we will however defend ourselves against hostile organizations that attempt conflict with S.O.R or our allies. Instead we focus on creating a tighter bond between our ranks, fireteams and council members.
A good Discord Server makes everything easier. To making friends, to knowing the rules, to getting the latest information our Discord Server is a vital piece to S.O.R. Without this server running the clan would be impossible to run. We strive on making the server, easy, understandable and fun to use for all members.
Leadership is key. At S.O.R all members of the leadership know how to handle situations and make everyone feel welcomed. There is never any punishment if a new cadet feels like a member of leadership is abusing their power. These members of leadership are constantly evaluated to ensure we are maintaining our standards.
We believe being transparent helps our members stay connected with S.O.R as a whole. We host a meeting every two weeks to discuss the last two weeks and what we want to see in the next two weeks. Here we listen to feedback and discuss ideas from all ranks from Cadets to Colonels. This meeting happens on Sundays at 5:30 PM E.S.T and last around an hour and thirty minutes.
